This year we are partnering with Milk Crate Kitchen, a 501c3 nonprofit out of Portland, Oregon. This organization provides no-cost meals for those in need. They are holding people up and helping people make it to another day. They are more than worthy of our support. All proceeds from this album will go to Milk Crate Kitchen, and I encourage all of my friends out there to donate to Milk Crate Kitchen all year!

I've always wanted to release a "spooky" or "dark" album. I decided back in August that I was going to write a batch of songs that sat a little more in the macabre space than I usually go with my songs.

Songs about the end of the world? Check. Songs about turning into a murderous creature? Check. Songs about following a beautiful human into darkness and certain death? Okay, maybe there are like three songs about that. There's also dark-themed love songs on here. Something for everyone!
